A lot of us are in search of a Play Store download, an application that is also known as Google Play. In most of the cases, this is due to the Chinese terminals and operating systems which do not support the Google apps and need to install them from scratch.
What most people don’t know in cases like these – is that they don’t have to actually buy a second rooted terminal on their devices. Instead, they can download the Play Store for free and install all the certified applications backed by Google.
Below, we are explaining how the Google Play Store Download can be yours in a step-by-step tutorial on the free download in a couple of clicks, and in only a few minutes.
How to Download Google Play Store For Free
The first thing you need to do before actually getting the Play Store download is to see what version of the operating system your device is using. To do that, you should head to Settings > About This Phone or the smartphone or tablet and check the Android version.
If the Android version on your device is Android 2.3 or higher, you can Google Play Store download and begin the process. If not, you should search for the Android Market application and download it for free.
Luckily, we support both of the options and have both links to the downloads – listed below.
How to Download Play Store on Google -Certified Terminals?
If you want to download the Play Store on Google certified terminals, you first need to head to Settings > Applications and check the box that says ‘Install applications from Origin’. Basically, you should allow this function and let your phone or tablet directly install applications from Google Play. In order to do that, this function must be activated.
After you do that, the next step is to download the Play Store APK File on your computer and transfer it to your phone via WiFi or USB. After that is completed, you will be able to open the file browser and the download will automatically begin. The Play Store icon at that point should be in your Downloads folder.
After locating the Play Store APK on your phone, you should click on it to open it and install the app . If it warns you, telling you that you have overridden an application operating system, just choose ‘OK’ and ignore that message.
How To Download Google Play Store on Android Without Digital Signature
Another common situation is the attempt to download Google Play Store on Android without having a digital signature. This happens when using a Chinese terminal or on a rooted device that does not have the digital signature from Google.
In order to successfully download Play Store, you should follow almost the same steps as in the previous part.
Firstly, you should head to Settings > About Device and see the current version of Android. In this case, if your device is using an older version than the Android 2.3, you need to download and install the Android 2.3 version directly on the Google marketplace.
Once you have updated to, downloaded and installed Android 2.3 – here is how you download and install the Play Store on it.
After you double-check that your Android version is 2.3 or for example 2.3.6, you should allow the device to install applications from unknown origins. To do that, just go to Settings and check the option ‘Allow the installation of applications from unknown origins’. This is only because the Play Store download comes as a file on your device which is not similar to an app file. However, it is completely safe to download and install.
In the end, if you have root access all these steps are much easier to complete. And if you have administrator permissions, you can download Play Store with CWM recovery. To do that, just go through the Install from SD Card and the file from our website.
Once you do that you only have to restart your device and proceed with the installation.
